about the author
I currently live in Hawaii with a small band of pirates masquerading as my “wife” and “son”.
I’m interested in entrepreneurship, how companies are started, how they decide what opportunities to pursue, and the ways that “soft” factors such as company culture and employee retention influence “hard” factors such as long-term profitability and business results.
Fun fact: Wondermill was started while Aaron worked as one of those guys at the movies that takes your ticket and tells you which theatre you’re in.
I’m active on linkedin, twitter & occasionally Facebook.
About this blog
This blog is about the goings on at a small Canadian startup where no-one actually works in the office. We’ll start by sharing the lessons learned the hard way, riff on entrepreneurship, innovation and bootstrapping companies, then maybe take a nap before lunch.
About Wondermill
Founded in 1998, Wondermill is an ongoing experiment, exploring the idea that the company itself is the product, along with the services we create for our customers along the way.
